Just noticed that a friend has gone from his married name back to his natal name. Then realised the girl in the photos is not the girl he moved up to Canada with. Sigh, another one bites the dust. They had been together for about 8 years married for nearly 3. I would say he moved on pretty quick but I may have just missed the name change etc.

Still sucks tho for reasons I can't entirely articulate.

Also in the sucking file is the ex-best friend who I am now convinced is avoiding me. Not sure why and he has been AWOL from the book of face so I can't ask. Not sure I want to know, also not sure why it is bugging me so much.

I need to stop hanging around hoping he will come on line and get to bed. I am struggling to get my new course written so I really need a better showing this week than I put in last week!

On a more positive note - I got to Skype with my sister and my little niece has heaps of words! I still ahve to work to understand her but there are plenty that even I can get. Cheese, orange, purple, the abbreviation of her own name as she can't pronounce the V sound yet. She hasn't got my name yet but she doesn't see me that often She also seems to have picked up "ka pai" which is Maori for good which my mother says a lot!

Time to shower then sleep! So tired
