I read the ingredients list on the "chocolate" chips we put into the blended drinks - eeeewwww ick!

Mind you the ingredients lists on most of the pollutants we put in our drinks make scary reading.

Although I can't be too rude. My drink is two shots of espresso with two pumps of vanilla syrup. Though only if I am on bar and can make it myself. Noone I work with can get it to me fast enough that I get to drink it in those magic 10 seconds before the shots start to die!

They don't get the Italian thing where the barista pulls the shot into the cup and hands it to you as soon as it finishes pouring. Nne of the girls was messing round wiping the cup and didn't get why I was going crazy.

I want to go to Italy and drink espresso in the little stand bars where you stand by the machine and slam the shot as it is given to you!
