Finally got round to watching "SuperSize Me" on DVD today. That is one gross and depressing movie!

Made me feel guilty about the StarYucks job. Noone should be drinking 600ml of whole milk at a sitting. And then knocking back one of our enormous muffins. Not to mention the calories in a frap - even the small ones!

People really don't have a clue. Or maybe they do and they don't care. But noone is making them spent their money on us or anything else.

I didn't go for a run today so I guess I am no better. Did go down and do Balance so not totally slothful but still. Have to run tomorrow after work.
