The boss seems to have shared his cold all round before finally deciding he was too sick to come in today. i made it to 10am when i was starting to lose my voice and pulled the plug.

I feel like crud and I can tell you where every major concentration of lymph nodes are. Because they all hurt.

I am drinknig lemon juice with ginger and honey, taking Vitamin C and garlic tablets. I have a day off tomorrow on which I was planning to do Balance, go for a run and generally have some fun. It now looks likely to be spent sleeping and watching DVDs.

I guess I could view it as an upside that I probably will be in no state to clean the bathroom.
