Work meetings - hours of your life you won't get back. But this one had the potential to get very political so I didn't want to miss it in case I got to work tomorrow to find a knife growing out of my back.

As it was it was merely boring and slightly pointless. I tried to get organised to finish off my training and got met with a wall of confusion. So I said I'd talk to the ASM about it tomorrow. I am determined that by the end of May I will ahve done all my paperwork and stuff ready for sign off then it is up to them to sign off! But I will have done my bit!!!

Given i woke up with a headache I could have done without ending it with a different kind of headache but never mind.

In the middle of the day it stopped raining and I ran 5 kilometres so the day wasn't a total waste!
