I am too much of a softy. I am working on Friday to cover someone who has to do a presentation at university. I would note this means I am working Tuesday to Saturday then getting Sunday off and working Monday. I haven't seen the roster that starts next Tuesday yet.

There is no chance of "She tidied up and now I can't find anything" happening in this house! (The quote being because they were playing Thomas Dolby "Blinded me with science" at the gym today.)

The StarYucks closer to home is hiring. Upside is shorter/safer walk to work and better opening hours 7am to 11pm. The downside is probably no supervisor shifts and a little birdy tells me there is at least one big political problem going on. The birdy is not unbiased as they also said they didn't want me to leave. However I don't want to jump out of the frying pan into the fire. Also floating round in rumour land is that the store where I am now may be cutting hours back to 6am to 10pm. And as our ASM is being trained at another store his supervisor mid shifts may be available for nearly a month.

I am not sure which way to jump. One of the other trainees in my hiring batch worked at the store closer to home so I sent him an email asking for the dirt on the closer store before I make my mind up.

In other news I strung together 3 sub 6 minute kilometres today. Not bad for a 4am start and waaay to many trips up the stairmaster before I ran! Now if I could just string 5 of them together!
