Last Saturday shift. I will miss most of the Saturday crew. Except the princess - her I am grateful not to be working any more shifts with.

RPM before work rocked even though I had a bad bike day. I could not get comfortable but my legs and butt say I still rode hard. I want to get some Spin shoes, I think they would help!

Pizza is definitely better when you reheat it. I never have the patience to do that the day it is delivered.

It has been a long day somehow. I am second guessing myself on the transfer. I think I have done the right thing but it is still hard saying good bye to the people. The people rocked, apart from the boss. It was just the walk and the hours that killed it.
