Gees, just realised I forgot to clear the ice bucket at work. Oh well I will be in the dog box again on Monday.

Remind me not to answer phone tomorrow! Anyone important will email me anyway!

I went and ran on the treadmill today. My stomach hates me so running outside did not appeal. Then i finally did a Blance class. That hurt. Must stop wimping on Mondays I think!
