You've all heard me talk about the big black man right? Takes RPM with attitude mostly grumpy. With the look to match, I mean I am 5'10" and pushing 150 pounds and he makes me look small, plus the earring and the clean shaven head. He's an ex-professional rugby player and looks like a seriously mean dude.

Till you see him go over to one of the regulars in the class. Who is 7 months pregnant. A moments hesitation as he reachs out to pat her belly, to make sure that it is ok today. Talking to the baby with this look of amazement if he manages a moment when the bay kicks. Totally teddy bear. (Sidenote - yes he does know her outside the gym so has hands on rights he isn't being a space invader.)

It cracks me up every time I see him do it!

Oh and it doesn't stop him from kicking our arses once he starts the class! (He took the class this morning which isn't his regular class he got called in at the last minute. I wasn't expecting it and I am soooo stuffed!)
