I got an interview for the temp job. But given they were in a hurry to hire and I interviewed on Friday and haven't heard back by the end of Monday I suspect I dipped out.

The muppet from the recruitment agency called back to go over some details on my CV before he went to see the client. Given he is a cll centre specialist I was amused/annoyed that he didn't realise that it is only in the last 15 years that the switching capacity to build a call centre as we now know has existed! Also I worked for one of the client's direct competitors which is still in the market today. But he had no idea who they were! Added to which he said he would call this afternoon and surprise! he hasn't. Muppet!!!

(The spouse's guild leader is fond of referring to people as muppets as a major insult. So imagine it said with a very broad New Zild accent and great derision)

The knee is still aching like fury and I forgot to call the sugeon's office and find out where I am in the processing. Sigh
