Just finished marking an assignment written by someone with a passion for big words and no ablilty to spell them. Which was somewhat annoying as I had to go and look up the correct spelling for them.

After their pretensions I couldn't resist making a crack about it being unusual to find large ruminants that were lime and jelly flavoured.

Yep the old moose/mousse joke.

I have a blister on my index finger from writing comments so they can just bite me.

Besides which I have realised 25 assignments in that I am probably marking too light. But I am too lazy to go back and it would be unfair to do the later ones any harder so all 50 of them will get marked light.
