I got to teach tonight. I did lose students as the class went on but I am assured this is normal for this class.

I probably talked too much but the questions I got asked told me that the students were listening and understanding what I told them. And letting them ask was what guided my presentation beyond the basics.

I did have to scramble a bit - like close the shop 5 minutes early jump in a cab and walk in. Plus stupid Word wasn't set up to run the damn macro I needed! A perfectly safe academically required macro I will add!

But it was fun and they listened and learnt! Always cool.

Not so cool is finding I have 15 more of the essays I thought I was almost finished marking. Oh well, embryo money I guess!
